Shipping policy

 

PROCESSING TIME:
IN STOCK Contact Lenses will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
OUT OF STOCK/Special Order Contact Lenses take ~1-3 business days to be delivered from the manufacturer to our warehouse - These orders ship the next business day upon receipt from the manufacturer.
Custom lenses can take up to 5 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer.
*Check availability of contact lenses on the product page. If listed as out of stock, lenses must be special ordered from the manufacturer and may take 3-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Some items may be pre-ordered by the manufacturer and may take longer to be delivered. If your product is pre-ordered, our customer service team will contact you.
NOTE: Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we cannot ship orders the same day we receive them, so please plan accordingly.

DHL Express, FedEx Priority, UPS Express, Aramex Express, TNT Express etc. We ship to the USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia and more via a variety of delivery services.

*All shipping charges are due on the estimated business day (usually 1 business day after ordering). It may take a few business days longer than in rural areas outside the city center.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the cargo company's website to track your order. We also list your tracking number with your order detail; When you log in to your account, click the "Order Status" button.
FINDING YOUR PACKAGE
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received your package, please remember to check everywhere. If the driver doesn't think it's safe to leave the package at your door, they'll typically leave deliveries with a building manager or take them to the local post office. If tracking information shows that the item has been returned to us, please contact us by phone or email. We may have the wrong delivery address, it is possible that the driver made an unsuccessful delivery attempt or the package was not picked up from the local post office on time.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
All delivery companies have shipping insurance of only $100 per package. If the package is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, we will cover the full replacement cost of the shipment. If there is a change in your prescription within 1 year of your order, you can return unexpired, unopened contact boxes and we will send you replacement lenses suitable for your new prescription. If you have additional questions or would like to place an order, email us at info@ContactLens365.com.
Please note: All claims for lost, lost or damaged packages must be submitted to ContactLens365 within 15 business days. Even if it's not yet time to open new contact lens boxes, please make sure your order is correct when you receive it. (Open boxes cannot be returned unless approved by ContactLens365.) After this period the postal company will delete tracking information and therefore we cannot assist in providing replacements after this period.
We are NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes imposed by your country.
US citizens normally do not pay customs fees or duties for contact lenses.
