Return Policy – Free Returns for Unopened Items

We offer a 365-day return policy for all new, unused, and unopened products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 365 days of delivery to receive a full refund.

In cases where the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item— we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once your return has been handed over to the return carrier, you can expect your refund to be processed within four weeks, although it may often be completed sooner. The estimated timeline includes:

• 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach our facility
• 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return
• 5–10 business days for your financial institution to finalize the refund transaction

Important Notices

• For orders under 150 EUR shipped to countries within the European Union, you will not be charged customs duties or VAT.
• For shipments to the United States, no customs duties or VAT will apply regardless of order value.
• Please ensure that your address information is accurate and complete.
• If your product is delivered damaged or defective, you must ask the courier to issue an official damage report at the time of delivery. Accept the package and send us a copy of the report for further processing.
