You may return new, unopened items within 365 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you delivered an incorrect or defective product, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, but in most cases you will receive your refund faster. This includes the shipping time it takes for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return. We will process our refund request to your bank (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item button. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will notify you of your refund via email.
